Meinberg

Meinberg produces PTP Grandmaster clocks suitable for providing timing and synchronization in O-RAN fronthaul networks. In general, any Meinberg device with announced PTP support should be compatible — see the Meinberg website for the full list of supported devices.

The following devices have been tested in-house with OCUDU:

  • Meinberg MicroSync HR — verified as PTP Grandmaster in combination with MikroTik switches acting as PTP Boundary Clocks.
